By booking with me, you agree to the following:
    1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. Remaining payments are due by the agreed-upon date.
    2. Cancellations
If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. If I must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund.
    3. Services
I capture wedding day content on my iPhone and deliver raw footage and edited videos based on the package you choose. Delivery times will be listed in your package details.
    4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your venue allows content creators, informing your photographer/videographer that I will also be filming, and providing accurate event details and timelines.
    5. Copyright
You have personal rights to use your delivered content. I retain copyright but will only use your content for my website or social media.
    6. Liability
I am not responsible for issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, accidents, or situations beyond my control. My total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
